Biography
Keith Boak is a British film and television director born in Edinburgh, Scotland. He graduated in law from the University of Bristol in 1984 and began his career in theatre, directing plays including work that won a Scotsman Fringe First Award at the 1985 Edinburgh Festival.
He directed the first episodes of the revived Doctor Who series in 2005, including "Rose", "Aliens of London" and "World War Three". His other credits include episodes of Rectify (2013), Death in Paradise (2011), Silent Witness (1996), EastEnders (1985), TURN: Washington's Spies (2014), Krypton (2018) and Outsiders (2016). He resides and works in the United States, where he is also a licensed criminal defence attorney.
