Biography
Michael Magill is a sound editor and film editor. He began his career with assistant and apprentice editor roles in the early 1980s, including on Amadeus (1984) and The Black Stallion Returns (1983).
He received an editor credit on The Unbearable Lightness of Being (1988). Magill is known for his extensive work as a dialogue editor and ADR editor on films including Ghost (1990), The Mummy (1999), War of the Worlds (2005), The Dark Knight (2008), Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014) and Mad Max: Fury Road (2015). He has also contributed to The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) and The Equalizer (2014).
