Biography

Michael Ruscio is an American film and television editor. He edited episodes of the HBO series The Sopranos (1999) and worked on Six Feet Under (2001–2005). His other editing credits include Dexter, True Blood, Homeland, House of Cards, The Leftovers, In Treatment and 3 Body Problem (2024).

Ruscio won an American Cinema Editors Eddie Award in 2009 for the pilot episode of True Blood, on which he also directed four episodes. He received an ACE nomination for the finale of Six Feet Under. He has taught editing workshops for the American Film Institute and the Los Angeles Film School, and directed the short film In Order of Appearance.

He is the son of actors Al Ruscio and Kate Williamson.
