Biography
Owen Paterson is an Australian production designer. He studied at the Perth Institute of Film and Television and began his career in Australian film and television.
His early credits include production design on The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (1994), for which he won an AFI Award. He later became known for his work on The Matrix (1999) and its sequels The Matrix Reloaded (2003) and The Matrix Revolutions (2003), as well as V for Vendetta (2006) and Speed Racer (2008), in collaboration with Lana and Lilly Wachowski. Other notable films include Godzilla (2014), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Godzilla vs. Kong (2021).
