Biography
Sanja Milkovic Hays is a Croatian costume designer. Born on 19 September 1958 in Zagreb, she holds an architecture degree from the University of Zagreb and began working in film in Yugoslavia before moving to the United States.
She has designed costumes for numerous major productions, including the Fast & Furious series from The Fast and the Furious (2001) through Fast X (2023), as well as Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), Captain Marvel (2019) and Thunderbolts (2025). Her credits also include Spider-Man: Brand New Day* (2026).
Hays has collaborated repeatedly with director Justin Lin and received Costume Designers Guild Award nominations.
