Biography
Sheree Folkson is a British film and television director. She trained as an actress at LAMDA, later studied politics at the London School of Economics, and joined the BBC graduate trainee scheme. She worked as an award-winning documentary maker before directing drama.
Her television credits include episodes of Doctor Who (2005), The Great (2020), Bridgerton (2020), American Horror Story (2011), Penny Dreadful: City of Angels (2020) and Sex/Life (2021). Film credits include Gypsy Woman (2001), My Family and Other Animals (2005) and The Decoy Bride (2011). She has received a BAFTA nomination.
