Biography
Skipp Sudduth is an American actor and director. Born Robert Lee Sudduth IV on 23 August 1956 in Massachusetts, he holds an MFA in drama from the University of Virginia. He began his career in theatre, joining the Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago in 1988 and appearing in Broadway productions including The Grapes of Wrath (1990), Twelfth Night (1998) and The Iceman Cometh (1999).
On screen, Sudduth is known for his role as Larry in the film Ronin (1998) and as John Sullivan in the television series Third Watch (1999–2005). He has appeared in films such as Eraser (1996) and Money Train (1995), and in television series including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Criminal Minds and Orange Is the New Black. He has also directed episodes of series including Third Watch, ER and Criminal Minds. He is the brother of actor Kohl Sudduth.
