Biography

Anthony Waye is a British film production executive and producer. Born in London on 12 March 1938, he began his career as an assistant director and production manager on numerous films, including Star Wars (1977) and The Elephant Man (1980).

He is best known for his long association with the James Bond series, working on twelve entries in roles ranging from first assistant director on For Your Eyes Only (1981) and Octopussy (1983), production supervisor on A View to a Kill (1985), The Living Daylights (1987) and Licence to Kill (1989), associate producer on GoldenEye (1995), line producer on Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) and The World Is Not Enough (1999), to executive producer on Die Another Day (2002), Casino Royale (2006) and Quantum of Solace (2008). He later served as location production manager on Skyfall (2012). Waye is married to Patricia, the daughter of a fellow Pinewood Studios crew member.
