Biography
John T. Kretchmer is an American film and television director and producer. He was born on 23 July 1954 in the United States.
He began his career as an assistant director on feature films including The In-Laws (1979), Baby Boom (1987), The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! (1988), Flatliners (1990) and Jurassic Park (1993). From the mid-1990s he moved into television directing, with credits on series such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997), Charmed (1998–2006), Veronica Mars, Burn Notice, Army Wives, White Collar, iZombie, Riverdale (2017) and 13 Reasons Why (2017). He has also worked as a producer on several of these programmes.
