Biography
Josh Gad is an American actor, singer and comedian. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA in drama.
He voiced Olaf in the animated films Frozen (2013) and Frozen II (2019), and originated the role of Elder Cunningham in the Broadway musical The Book of Mormon. Other screen credits include LeFou in Beauty and the Beast (2017), Hector MacQueen in Murder on the Orient Express (2017) and Gus in Strays (2023). Gad received Annie Awards for his performance as Olaf and shared a Grammy Award for the Book of Mormon cast album; he was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical.
