Biography

Kave Quinn is a British production designer and art director. She trained in costume and fashion at Central Saint Martins and began her career in the costume department before moving into art direction and production design. Early credits include work as Kave Naylor or Katharine Naylor on films such as Hear My Song (1991) and The Long Day Closes (1992).

She is known for her production design on Trainspotting (1996), Layer Cake (2004), Harry Brown (2009), The Woman in Black (2012), Before I Go to Sleep (2014), Far from the Madding Crowd (2015), Grimsby (2016), Judy (2019), Emma. (2020) and The Great (2020). More recent credits include Catherine Called Birdy (2022), The Regime (2024), Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy (2025) and Snow White (2025). She has received BAFTA and Critics' Choice Award nominations for her work.
