Kim Dickens is an American actress. Born on 18 June 1965 in Huntsville, Alabama, she made her film debut in the 1995 comedy Palookaville. She took lead roles in Truth or Consequences, N.M. (1997), Zero Effect (1998) and Mercury Rising (1998).

On television, Dickens played Joanie Stubbs in the HBO series Deadwood (2004–2006) and its 2019 film continuation. She has had regular roles in Treme (2010–2013), House of Cards (2015–2017) and as Madison Clark in Fear the Walking Dead (2015–2018; 2022–2023). Her other film credits include Hollow Man (2000), Thank You for Smoking (2005), The Blind Side (2009), Gone Girl (2014), Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (2016) and The Highwaymen (2019).
