Biography
Kristen Wiig is an American actress, comedian, writer and producer. She trained with the Los Angeles improvisational comedy troupe The Groundlings before joining the cast of Saturday Night Live in 2005, where she remained until 2012.
Wiig co-wrote and starred in the 2011 film Bridesmaids. Her other film credits include Knocked Up (2007), The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013), The Martian (2015), Wonder Woman 1984 (2020) and Ghostbusters (2016). She has voiced characters in animated films including Despicable Me (2010) as Miss Hattie, Despicable Me 2 (2013) and Despicable Me 4 (2024) as Lucy, and the How to Train Your Dragon series (2010–2014) as Ruffnut. She is set to voice Roboto in the 2026 film Masters of the Universe.
