Biography
Marshall Bell, also credited as Archibald Marshall Bell, is an American character actor. Born on 28 September 1942 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he began his acting career relatively late after working as a business communications consultant. His film debut came in 1984 as Ronsky in Birdy.
Bell is known for roles including Coach Schneider in A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 2: Freddy's Revenge (1985), Mr Lachance in Stand by Me (1986), Webster in Twins (1988), George/Kuato in Total Recall (1990), General Owen in Starship Troopers (1997) and appearances in The X-Files and House. He is married to costume designer Milena Canonero.
