Biography
Martin Savage is an English actor who works in film, television and theatre. He is known for his collaborations with director Mike Leigh, including the role of George Grossmith in Topsy-Turvy (1999).
His other film credits include All or Nothing (2002), V for Vendetta (2006), Another Year (2010), Mr. Turner (2014), Rush (2013) and Peterloo (2018). On television he has appeared in Extras as Damon Beesley, The Thick of It as Nick Hanway, and episodes of Foyle's War and Family Guy. Savage has also performed in stage productions including work with the RSC and at the Young Vic.
He is married to actress Dorothy Atkinson.
