Biography
Miguel Arteta is a Puerto Rican film and television director. He was born on 29 August 1965 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and studied at Harvard University, Wesleyan University and the American Film Institute.
Arteta is known for independent features including Chuck & Buck (2000), which won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Feature made for under $500,000, and The Good Girl (2002), which premiered at Sundance. His television credits include episodes of Succession (2018), for which he received a Directors Guild of America nomination, The Office, Enlightened, The Morning Show and Poker Face (2023).
