Biography
Mykelti Williamson is an American actor and director. Born Michael T. Williamson on 4 March 1957 in St. Louis, Missouri, he began performing at the age of nine and later studied television and film at Los Angeles City College.
He is known for his role as Benjamin Buford 'Bubba' Blue in Forrest Gump (1994), Sergeant Drucker in Heat (1995), 'Baby-O' O'Dell in Con Air (1997), Gabriel Maxson in Fences (2016), and Honcho in the series Fallout (2024). Other credits include The Purge: Election Year (2016), Lucky Number Slevin (2006), August Rush (2007) and recurring television roles in Boomtown, 24 and Justified.
