Biography

Peter Diamond (10 August 1929 – 27 March 2004) was an English actor and stuntman. Born in Durham, he trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art before working extensively in film and television as both performer and stunt coordinator.

He is known for uncredited appearances in the original Star Wars trilogy, including as a Tusken Raider in Star Wars (1977), and for playing the immortal Aman Fasil in Highlander (1986). Diamond also performed stunts or appeared in Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) and episodes of Doctor Who and Highlander: The Series (1992). He served as stunt coordinator on several productions, including the 1990 television series Zorro.
