Biography
Peter Huyck is an American television writer, producer and director. He graduated from Stanford University in 1993 and began his career writing for late-night and comedy series including Late Show with David Letterman and The Larry Sanders Show.
Huyck has written for Frasier, King of the Hill and Veep, on which he also served as a producer. With Alex Gregory he co-created the miniseries White House Plumbers (2023) and the feature film A Good Old Fashioned Orgy (2011), which he also co-directed. He co-created the Apple TV+ series The Studio (2025) with Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Alex Gregory and Frida Perez, serving as writer and executive producer. He has received four Primetime Emmy Awards.
