Biography
Rosie Cavaliero is a British actress. Born Rosalind Cecilia Cavaliero in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1967, she moved with her family to Manchester, England, as a child. She studied at Manchester University and the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.
Cavaliero began her career in the 1990s with guest roles in television series including Cold Feet and Midsomer Murders. She appeared as Vicky in the series Peep Show (2003) and has taken roles in Eyes Down (2003–04), Feel the Force (2006), Jam & Jerusalem (2006–09), Little Dorrit (2008), Jane Eyre (2011) as Grace Poole, Prey (2014–15) and Unforgotten (2015–). Her film credits include Vera Drake (2004), Scoop (2006) and The Children Act (2018).
