Biography
Steve Boyum is an American stunt performer, second unit director and television and film director. He began his career performing stunts in films including Apocalypse Now (1979), The Blues Brothers (1980) and Predator (1987), where he also appeared uncredited as the hostage executed by the Russian. He has worked as a stunt performer on more than sixty films.
Boyum later moved into second unit directing on features such as Groundhog Day (1993), Jingle All the Way (1996) and George of the Jungle (1997). His feature directorial credits include Meet the Deedles (1998), Johnny Tsunami (1999) and Supercross (2005). He has directed numerous episodes of television series including Supernatural, Criminal Minds, Castle, Hawaii Five-0, The Boys and Gen V.
