Biography
Andrew Marcus is an American film editor. Born in Boston in 1960, he began his career as an assistant editor on films including Dirty Dancing (1987) before becoming a lead editor.
His credits include Howards End (1992), for which he received a BAFTA nomination, Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (1994), Much Ado About Nothing (1993), American Psycho (2000), Collateral Beauty (2016), Begin Again (2014), Sing Street (2016) and Isn't It Romantic (2019). He has edited Mean Girls (2024) and The Devil Wears Prada 2 (2026), and worked multiple times with director David Frankel.
