Biography
Don Scardino is an American television director and producer, and a former actor. He began his career on stage, with Broadway acting credits including understudy work in The Playroom (1965) and appearances in Godspell and King of Hearts. He later directed the world premiere of Aaron Sorkin's A Few Good Men (1989) and served as artistic director of Playwrights Horizons from 1991 to 1996.
Scardino has directed numerous television series, including episodes of The West Wing (1999), 30 Rock (2006), Law & Order (1990), 2 Broke Girls (2011), Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (2015), Young Sheldon (2017), New Amsterdam (2018) and Only Murders in the Building (2021). His feature film directing credits include Me and Veronica (1992) and The Incredible Burt Wonderstone (2013).
