Biography
Jeremy Strong is an American actor. Born on 25 December 1978 in Boston, Massachusetts, he trained at Yale University, the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and the Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago.
He made his film debut in Humboldt County (2008) and appeared in supporting roles in Lincoln (2012), Zero Dark Thirty (2012) and The Big Short (2015). Strong gained international recognition for his portrayal of Kendall Roy in the HBO series Succession (2018–2023), for which he received a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award.
He played Roy Cohn in The Apprentice (2024) and Jon Landau in Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere (2025). Strong has also worked extensively in theatre, winning a Tony Award for his performance in the 2024 Broadway revival of An Enemy of the People.
