Biography
Jonathan Freeman is a Canadian cinematographer. Born in Toronto, he studied at Concordia University and is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers.
He has worked as director of photography on television series including Game of Thrones (2012–2019), Boardwalk Empire (2010–2014), 3 Body Problem (2024), The Penguin (2024) and Fallout (2025). His feature film credits include Remember Me (2010), Hollywoodland (2006) and The Rebound (2009).
Freeman has received three Primetime Emmy Awards and multiple ASC Awards for his work.
