Biography
Ron Cook is an English actor. Born on 1 December 1948 in South Shields, he trained at Rose Bruford College and has worked in film, television and theatre since the 1970s.
His screen credits include Stuart in Secrets & Lies (1996), First Mysterious Man in The Singing Detective (1986), George Merchant in Hot Fuzz (2007), Alphonse Marceau in Chocolat (2000), Mr Button in 102 Dalmatians (2000) and roles in The King's Man (2021) and Andor (2022). On stage he has appeared in productions including Our Country's Good and received an Olivier Award nomination for Juno and the Paycock.
