Russ Tamblyn is an American actor and dancer. Born in Los Angeles, California, he began his career as a child actor with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer after being discovered young.

He appeared in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (1954) and received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor for Peyton Place (1957). Tamblyn is known for his role as Riff in West Side Story (1961).

His later credits include Drive (2011) as Doc and the television series Twin Peaks (1990) as Dr. Lawrence Jacoby.
