Biography
Scott Paulin, also credited as Robert Scott Paulin, is an American actor and director. He was born on 13 February 1950 in Steubenville, Ohio, and attended Pomona College, where he earned a BA in political science in 1971, later studying theatre and music at Ohio State University.
He is known for playing astronaut Deke Slayton in the film The Right Stuff (1983). His other film roles include appearances in Cat People (1982), Teen Wolf (1985), The Accused (1988), Turner & Hooch (1989), Pump Up the Volume (1990), Captain America (1990) and I Am Sam (2001). He has also acted in numerous television series, including House, Lost, The X-Files, Castle and 24.
Paulin has been married to actress Wendy Phillips since 1981.
