Biography
Charles H. Eglee is an American screenwriter and producer. He has written for series including Moonlighting (1985), NYPD Blue (1993), Dark Angel (2000), The Shield (2002), Dexter (2006) and The Walking Dead (2010). He co-created Byrds of Paradise (1994) and Murder One (1995) with Steven Bochco and Channing Gibson, and co-created Dark Angel with James Cameron.
Eglee served as a writer and executive producer on The Shield and Dexter, and as a writer and executive producer on the first season of The Walking Dead. Earlier credits include the screenplay for Piranha II: The Spawning (1982), written with Cameron under the name H.A. Milton.
