Biography
Daniel P. Hanley is an American film editor. He has more than 30 feature film credits, often working in partnership with Mike Hill.
Hanley and Hill have edited all of Ron Howard's films since Night Shift (1982). Their credits together include Apollo 13 (1995), for which they won the Academy Award for Best Film Editing, A Beautiful Mind (2001), Cinderella Man (2005), Frost/Nixon (2008), The Da Vinci Code (2006), Rush (2013), for which they won the BAFTA Award for Best Editing, and Inferno (2016).
Hanley is a member of the American Cinema Editors.
