Biography
Tom Pevsner was a British film producer and assistant director. Born in Dresden, Germany, he entered the British film industry in 1951 at Ealing Studios under Sir Michael Balcon, beginning as a third assistant director and advancing to first assistant director on films including The Ladykillers (1955) and The Longest Day (1962).
He later worked as an associate producer on several features before joining Eon Productions on the James Bond series. Pevsner served as associate producer on For Your Eyes Only (1981), Octopussy (1983), A View to a Kill (1985), The Living Daylights (1987) and Licence to Kill (1989), and as executive producer on GoldenEye (1995). He died in the UK in 2014.
