Biography
Avi Arad is an Israeli-American film producer. He was chief creative officer of Marvel Entertainment and founder, former chairman and former CEO of Marvel Studios. In 2006 he established Arad Productions.
Arad has produced numerous live-action and animated comic book adaptations. His credits include the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy, Iron Man (2008), The Avengers (2012) and several entries in Sony's Spider-Man Universe.
Recent work includes producing Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (2023), Venom: The Last Dance (2024) and Kraven the Hunter (2024).
