Biography

Erik Wilson (also credited as Erik Alexander Wilson) is a Norwegian cinematographer. He trained at the London Film School and is a member of the British Society of Cinematographers.

Wilson is known for his work on the Paddington films directed by Paul King, serving as director of photography on Paddington (2014), Paddington 2 (2017) and Paddington in Peru (2024). His other feature credits include The Double (2013), Better Man (2024) and Crime 101 (2026). He has also shot episodes of Doctor Who and the series Landscapers.

Wilson has received a BAFTA award and other nominations for his cinematography.
