Biography
Donald Murphy is a director and assistant director. He began in production roles before working extensively as a second assistant director, second second assistant director and first assistant director on feature films.
His assistant director credits include The Big Lebowski (1998), Fargo (1996), O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000), Million Dollar Baby (2004), Gran Torino (2008), Changeling (2008), The Town (2010), Invictus (2009), Steve Jobs (2015) and Passengers (2016). He has also directed episodes of the television series Fargo (2014) and Caper (2014).
