Biography
John Davis is an American film producer and founder of Davis Entertainment. Born on 20 July 1954 in Denver, Colorado, he is the son of oil tycoon and former 20th Century Fox owner Marvin Davis. He graduated from Bowdoin College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Davis has produced numerous films, including Predator (1987), I, Robot (2004), The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (2015), Game Night (2018), Jungle Cruise (2021) and Prey (2022). He is particularly associated with the Predator franchise. His recent credits include Song Sung Blue (2025) and Predator: Badlands (2025). Davis Entertainment has produced projects that have grossed billions of dollars worldwide.
