Biography
Kasia Walicka-Maimone is a Polish costume designer. Born in Suwałki in 1964, she studied English at the University of Warsaw before moving to New York in 1989. She trained at the Fashion Institute of Technology and began working in theatre and opera before moving into film.
She has designed costumes for films including Capote (2005), Moonrise Kingdom (2012), Bridge of Spies (2015), A Quiet Place (2018), Ready Player One (2018) and Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere (2025). Her television credits include the series The Gilded Age (2022–2025). She has received multiple Emmy and Costume Designers Guild Award nominations.
