Biography
Albert Finney (9 May 1936 – 7 February 2019) was an English actor. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and began his career in theatre before moving to film in the early 1960s.
He appeared in films including Saturday Night and Sunday Morning (1960), Tom Jones (1963), Miller's Crossing (1990), Erin Brockovich (2000) as Ed Masry, Big Fish (2003), The Bourne Ultimatum (2007), and Skyfall (2012) as Kincade. Finney received five Academy Award nominations and won BAFTA, Golden Globe, Emmy and Screen Actors Guild awards. He also portrayed Winston Churchill in the television film The Gathering Storm (2002).
