Biography
Monica Dolan is an English actress. Born on 15 March 1969 in Middlesbrough, she trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
She is known for her stage work, including productions with Ian McKellen, and for television and film roles such as Rosemary West in Appropriate Adult (2011), for which she won the BAFTA TV Award for Best Supporting Actress; appearances in Black Mirror; Marion in Pride (2014); and Carmel in the series The Change (2023). She received the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for All About Eve in 2019.
