Biography
Craig Wood is an Australian film editor based in the United States. Born in Sydney, he began his career at the age of 19 as an assistant editor in the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's documentary department, later working in music videos and advertising.
He has maintained a long collaboration with director Gore Verbinski, editing almost all of his feature films from Mousehunt (1997) onwards, as well as numerous Verbinski-directed commercials, including the award-winning Budweiser 'Frogs' (1995). Wood's credits include the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy (2003–2007), Rango (2011), Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) and its 2017 sequel, Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), Eternals (2021) and Kraven the Hunter (2024).
