Biography

David Wasco is an American production designer. He frequently collaborates with his wife, set decorator Sandy Reynolds-Wasco. Their credits include production design on Quentin Tarantino’s Reservoir Dogs (1992), Pulp Fiction (1994), Jackie Brown (1997), Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003), Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004) and Inglourious Basterds (2009).

Wasco was born in New Jersey. He began working as an industrial designer in New York City in 1972 and received his first production design credits in the mid-1980s. The couple also designed La La Land (2016), for which they won the Academy Award for Best Production Design.
