Biography

Greig Fraser is an Australian cinematographer. Born in Melbourne on 3 October 1975, he studied at RMIT University and began working in the industry in the early 2000s.

He is known for his work on Zero Dark Thirty (2012), Lion (2016), Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016), The Batman (2022), The Creator (2023) and Dune: Part Two (2024), as well as the forthcoming Project Hail Mary (2026). Fraser won the Academy Award for Best Cinematography for Dune (2021) and received nominations for Lion (2016) and Dune: Part Two (2024). He has also worked on The Mandalorian (2019).
